Before I go into what the subject of this blog is I wanted to give you an update on Caleb's eye doctor appointment. It looks like I am going to have to reschedule it. His dad didn't feel like getting up and taking him to the doctor this morning and considering he is 1 1/2 hours away I couldn't exactly go get him and take him. I guess that gives us another week or so to patch his eye.
Two years ago in Nashville, TN, Nathan was in Vanderbilt Hospital recovering from surgery to remove half of his liver and the tumor in it. About this time we were visiting him in the PICU while hooked up to all kinds of machines and a ton of wires on him. He was such a tough little boy then and he still is.
WOW!!! God sure has brought us a long way in two years, not only in our life but in our faith and our walk with him.
We have moved from Georgia back to Tennessee, Caleb now wears glasses and we discovered he has a lazy eye, I have started a new job after staying home with Nathan while he was sick, we have purchased a mini-van, welcomed a new member to our family and many more things, too many to mention actually.
I am so excited to see where God is going to lead us because of this journey. We have been blessed to meet awesome people and experience some amazing things because of Nathan's cancer.
I am so thankful that Nathan is now healthy and happy!
May God bless each of you!
