Work welcomed us back to the real world this week after a wonderful week at the beach. I came home to laundry, cooking, cleaning and a ton of things to do at work. Can I go back on vacation where I didn't have to do any of those things? All joking aside, I am just thankful that God has blessed me with clothes to wash, a washer and dryer to do that with, food for me and my family to eat and a roof over our head that I can clean. I am also extremely blessed and thankful to have the wonderful job that I have. I will not take any of those things for granted, it was just nice not to have to worry about those for a week. I want to thank everyone that volunteered at the Lighthouse Family Retreat in Seacrest, FL last week. :)
Getting back to reality is always tough, but it is something that we all must do. I have several friends that are in need of prayer this week and I would like to ask that you remember those special friends and their needs. God knows exactly who they are and exactly what they need. I am also praying for the families that we met last week on our vacation. I pray for continued health for those kids off of treatment as well as healing for those still on treatment. Nathan and our family has been greatly blessed by Nathan's good health and I thank God everyday for that.
I also wanted to share a post that the pastor of our church posted on his blog earlier today. This is so true and something that I needed to hear and wanted to share with you guys. What a wonderful thing that the grace of God is! http://davidcprice.com/post/6752738855/everyones-a-critic
May God bless each of you and your family this week.
